Job Description:
Program staff position working with the Senior Pastor to direct various ensembles and to implement the "Passionate Worship" segment of the ministry plan of Central UMC. The person will provide authentic, transformational worship experiences that connect people's everyday lives to God;find creative ways for people to use their gifts and talents in worship;meet the worship needs of people of diverse generations, life stages and cultural values as we make worship happen at unconventional locations and unexpected times;integrate music,art, and drama as acts of worship and glorify God with excellence and expectancy in our worship experiences.
