Christian Ed Director/ Associate Pastor level Full Time Role
Growing 2600 member Bible teaching non-denominational church in Cleveland, Ohio looking for full-time ministry leader to function in an “Associate Pastor” role (actual title Minister or Elder) to oversee Christian Education and Spiritual Formation. The ideal candidate will have MDIV or Bachelor in Biblical Studies. The ideal candidate will have pastoral experience. Focus is assisting the Sr. Pastor at executive staff level in overseeing, coaching, training, directing and developing all aspects of adult Christian education and spiritual formation.
The role requires a person with proven experience, passion and giftedness in educating, discipleship and developing God’s people to grow into mature Christians. The person must be a sound teacher of the Bible, assisting with training both leaders and members in the Word of God.
The role also includes some aspects of general shepherding, oversight and counseling of church members; and also entails limited Sunday morning pulpit duties. He must have a true heart for God and God’s people. To learn more about our church please visit www.newcommunitybible.org.
