Job Description:
The function of this position is to give oversight and direction to the music education and instrumental programs/ministries of NorthCreek Academy and NorthCreek Church. This means for NorthCreek Academy: providing leadership in all areas of music program development, curriculum, and events. For NorthCreek Church: this includes providing direction and leadership for NorthCreek Church's instrumental groups.
Responsibilities A. Worship and Music Ministries 1. Direct, plan, and develop worship band and orchestral personel. 2. Assist with the development of worship recording projects. 3. Assist with regular worship services as needed. 4. Assist with special events for Christmas, Easter, and other large events such as conferences and special worship events.
B. NorthCreek Academy 1. Oversee the Academy musical arts program. 2. Direct the band program of NorthCreek Academy. 3. Lead the Junior High Chapel Worship Team. 4. Plan and coordinate special NorthCreek Academy musical programs with NorthCreek Academy School Administrator.
