Job Description: The Director of Ministry Operations administrates the primary internal ministries and resources of FFC for maximum impact in our present setting and for our long-range vision.Desired Personality Profile/Skill Set

Desired Experience and Background
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in church leadership or financial management.
2. A bachelor's degree would be preferred.
Principal Duties:
1. (35%) Oversee and administrate the church's finances, provide periodic reports and forecasts requested by the elder's, and hold staff accountable to approved budgets.
2. (35%) Equip the ministry leaders of the various internal ministries of FFC, with primary emphasis given to our small groups and the development of series-matching curriculum.
3. (10%) Oversee the I.T. aspects of FFC, building a strong and secure network on which the technological aspects of our long-term vision can rest.
4. (10%) Help create and communicate effectively the vision of these ministries, as well as church-wide events, to the congregation.
5. (05%) Oversee and work with our Facility Manager for the most efficient stewardship of our developing location.
6. (05%) Be a point of contact for other selected sub-teams who carry on ministry functions and operations within the parameters of FFC.
