Job Description:
Seeking a full-time Youth Pastor to lead Jr. High and High School student ministry. Must have strong people skills, able to work with adults and have ability to build a team of leaders to facilitate ministry. Must have A/G credentials or be working towards completion.
Experience is preferred for the position and good leadership skill must be demonstrated in prior ministry or ministries. Youth pastor will be asked to bring a strong mixture of spiritual emphasis and a relational and social balance.
