ABOUT MENLO PARK PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH: MPPC is an evangelical, multi-generational church serving the San Francisco Bay Area. We are a body of Christians, who strive to live out the commands of Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. We believe that the Bible is the true and living Word of God. Average weekend attendance is 3500 with 11 worship services spanning 3 campuses: Menlo Park, San Mateo and Mountain View.

MINISTRY QUALIFICATIONS: • Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ • College degree required with at least 5 years experience in Marriage Ministry • Seminary training and/or MFCC/MFT degree preferred
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: • Passion for healthy, Christ-centered marriage • Strong visionary, compassionate, servant-leader • Proven ability to develop and empower lay leaders • Demonstrated effective collaboration and partnership with other ministries • Excellent multicultural and intergenerational communication and teaching skills
