All Resumes must be emailed with a Philosophy of Youth Ministry. A Philosophy of Youth Ministry is not the same as a Purpose Statement. A Philosophy of Youth Ministry is a vision for how Youth Ministry should be done and why you believe such, hence "Philosophy of Youth Ministry". The average Youth Pastor plants themselves for 18 months. That is not what we are looking for. We are looking for someone that is going to be long term and is really interested in investing themselves into the ministry.
Please DO NOT CALL. Email everything to james@allbizllc.com (I am a layleader heading up the search process)
