Requisite: Good relationship builder with kids and parents. Pastoral responsibility over children birth through 5th grade and their parents. Supervisory responsibility over part time and full-time personnel. Must be team player and team builder. Must have good organizational and communication skills. If not creative himself, must be able to find and work with creative people. Must be doctrinally Baptist.

Pre-requisite: Must have experience in the children's ministry area, preferably as a Pastor of Children. It would be a plus if musical worship and/or strength in speaking Spanish were part of his giftedness.

Educational requirements depend on ministry experience.
