The First Baptist Church of Westfield is a vibrant congregation seeking to hire a Youth Leader. We have an outstanding youth program for grades 6-12. The youth ministry’s vision is, “to connect heaven to earth for any youth seeking Christ and willing to grow in a Christian community.” Our youth know one another well, enjoy being together, and know how to 'get down & dirty' in their service to God. The Youth Leader will serve an important staff ministry to lead, nurture and expand the effectiveness and impact of our ministry to youth. The Youth Leader will direct the planning and execution of youth activities directed at spiritual growth, positive social activities and local and national mission and service experiences. The position reports to the Senior Pastor and receives the support of a dedicated team of youth parents and the congregation as a whole. Full job description available at website or upon request.
